                                           All of my Games

 In are most resent project in GT we were making a chase game that when you share your game then anyone can play it. In my experience with creating this chase game I was inspired by my classmates and research. My classmates helped me with finding information and seeing what I needed to fix. I also did a lot of research in my free time and by playing other similar games. The reason I decided to create this ocean theme chase game was because I love the ocean and I live in an area where I go to the beach almost everyday.

 In this chase game I used three different water theme backgrounds for my sprits. I chose these background because the ocean is part of my life so thats why I did a Ocean theme background. My sprits I used was a small pink starfish and a blue shark. The starfish is the on being chased by the shark so it was sort of hard to make the starfish arrow keys to move right. Also it was my first game I made and so I improved a lot in this game. In my Platformer game we had to make different levels so my game was simple. For my platformer game I only had two levels no more because I felt like I didn't have that much more time for my first time. For my last game It was called freedom and we could do what ever we wanted to do but it had to have the expectations to get a good grade.

 My best code was the part with the arrow keys. The arrow keys was my best code because It was the best piece of code I did. Another good code I think I did good was switching the backgrounds and the timer so the game would be funner. I made some parts hard because I wanted to give people a challenging time, so when they do this kind of game again it will be easier for there next time doing it. I first had a lot of bugs that I had to fix because it was my very first time doing it. Some bugs were in my game so to fix that I search or researched to find a solution for it. I also watched some tutorial videos to help me with my game so that it would be bug free. If you want to see more of these games go to scratch.

 My teams main goal for this project was to finish it as fast as we could. Some of are other goals were to make sure that the ice cream in are video would over flow, also the ice cream had to make it out of the box or container. Another main goal we had was the audio in the first scene because we were going to add the music but other people's voices was in it. I was the one who filmed the most and Sophia was the helper with the models. Shaday was the one who helped with the setting.

 One of are best team moments was the ice cream over flowing. The ice cream over flowing was the best moment of this group project because we had to try many different things to make it over flow completely. We tried a lot of things like 1/3cup of vinegar and baking soda. Then we tried soup, vinegar and baking soda. then it finally over flowed. After it over flowed it almost fell off the table, so we had to clean the mess up.

 During the editing production part Shaday did the part to put in the Shots from are film. Sophia did the most with the transitions. I did most of the sounds so it wasn't to loud or to soft. We all did the listening part to see and hear the video, so it was good. Shaday was the one to do the part of putting in the shots because she has done it a lot of times in 6th grade and part of 7th grade. Sophia was the one to do the transitions because she has a great sense of taste for transitions in the editing production time. I was the one to do sounds because i'm sort of good with sounds because I have lot of noise in my house during the day.

Composition Scavenger Hunt

 The most important composition technique I think was the parts of a whole. I think it was the most important because it was a piece of something so it makes the picture mysteries. Also the parts of a whole picture makes you want to know what the whole picture is. In a day you might see a piece of a whole picture and wonder what it is. The parts of a whole makes you feel excited in many different ways, like imagination, curiosity, and surprised.

 The most difficult composition technique is Extreme Close - Up. I think it is the hardest because you need to get it focused good or it will turn out blurry. Also I think the Extreme Close - Up is hard if you are taking a picture of a moving or living object. The other techniques are easy because they don't have very close pictures or images, but the Parts of a whole is almost like the Extreme Close - Up. The  Extreme Close - Up pictures are a good way to learn to make blurry pictures turn into good pictures.

 For my group project I have Sophia and Shaday. In the composition project Shaday did the audio and the person who videoed the most was Sophia. I was the one that was in the video the most. Sophia and Shaday are both in seventh grade and they are both funny and smart. Shaday has long dark brown hair and Sophia has long brown hair. When we were editing I did transition and Sophia did most of the editing. Shaday did the titles and I wrote the names on the titles. We all did the music and we laughed at some of the music. It was a good project to work in groups.

Cracking The Code

 Coding teaches you to think in terms of organization and structure. I think everyone should learn to code because its another way of doing things or writing things. Also its a good tool to use in life. Its a platform to explore creativity. It also is a resource in school or college which you might need for the future.

 The first experience with coding was hard because I had never done it before. When I got better at coding it got so much easier. Also I have so much coding things at my house and now I use it all the time when I have free time or if I'm not at the beach. When I started doing coding I was so confused but as I got better it felt like I had been doing it for so long.  Another experience I had with coding was that I had no idea how to or what to do with it, I would sit there for hours thinking to myself on what or how should I do this.

 The game that I would create with coding which everyone can play. The actors first appear then you try to make them throw things but don't let the other actors items not touch each other. There is a score board at the top of the page. If your actors items touch the other actors you will lose a point and if your actor doesn't touch the other actors then you will win a point. The goal is to get as many points as you can.

My Humorous Monoluge

In this project I learned how to use iMovie and also to make a folder to organize different parts of my movie. Also I learned how to import my videos into iMovie. Another thing is that I learned how the cameras in my class works and how to use them. One other thing is that I learned to write and make a humorous joke. In this experience it has taught me to use transitions and to finish my work on the due date.

Padding is a tool to help you edit your clips. Padding is important to help the video clips go in the right space. Also it helps because you can organize the clips in order that you want them. One other thing that padding is a other way of  making a trailer or a movie. Also it's a way to help move your clips into different places. Another thing that padding your clips is crucial is it takes a lot of time.

One of my weakness was the darkness because I filmed it at night. Also there was one part that you couldn't hear me. A strength that I had was when I had to make the whole class laugh and when I had to present my joke. The way I improved was to do my best and to ask people in the class room. Another strength I had was when we had to have good audio or clean hearing audio but the wind was in the audio, so thats why my audio didn't sound that good.

Comedy Writing

 Sense of humor is important for character trait because it makes you smile and feel happy. Also it makes your self laugh more and more. Also smiling is easier then frowning because it has lease muscles, so it's easier and it is good for you. Another thing that is important about sense or humor is laughing with your friends because they are always there for you. Other things that humor is important for is, making others laugh because it doesn't help you only it also helps the people you are telling the joke to.

The 5 tips that you would need to have to write the humorous narrative. One tip is that you would need the writing to make sense. Also the writing needs to make you feel right about saying it. Another tip is that you need to have a good ending. One other tip is that you need to connect when you say it out loud, so when you are writing you are writing to the audience. Last you should act in your writing and you should have someone to say it to first so that you can edit it before you tell it to the audience.

My comedic monologue is funny because it talks about my sister and how she always goes in "my room". Also it's funny because I have a "GOOD LUCK" at the end to make it stand out. Another thing is that my actions stand with the writing or joke that I am telling. One other thing that is funny about my monologue is that I added a "Sisters So funny" with the ending. Also my sister likes going in my room and annoying me, like everyday but she is always nice doing it and making it funny so thats why I chose this topic to right about.

Motivational Poster

In GT or gifted and talented program, my class is working on a motivational poster. The pictures I have taken represent me and who I am. I put it in my motivational poster because it represents me with the personal quotes I wrote and also my manifesto. Also the things I used where kerning, visual balance, triadic color scheme, and my google+ app to make my motivational poster.


The step by step way I made the motivational poster. First I went into photoshop, then I made a folder, and then typed what I wrote in my quotes and manifesto. After that I kerned it so it would look nice. Then I hide the writing that I wrote. After that I went on google+ and got my images from that, so then I moved the images to Photoshop. Then I opened the pictures on photoshop, and organized it so that it fits. Then I hide my images, so then after that I opened my words back out. So after that I went to get a color for my words so I went to the triadic color scheme and coped the number of the color I wanted. After that I went back to photoshop and placed my colors on the words and then do that one more time to the other words. Then I opened my images and say that the colors I could read with the images. After that I saved it and then you are done.


The biggest challenge was kerning on my motivational poster. Kerning was challenging because if you didn't write good, or a lot then it would have big, or lots of spaces, then that would take a lot. To make it better I wrote more and added different words to make it look and sound better. Also I made the sentences the same and made the spacing smaller and bigger. Another thing I did was just keep calm and try to go as fast as I could go but if I didn't get one thing or other things on the motivational poster I asked my partner. Also I would try to get that done after all of the other things were done so I have more time. So that is how I improved.

Personal Manifesto

Five interesting things about me is that I like surfing. Also my favorite food is pizza and my favorite color is blue because it is the color of the ocean. Another interesting thing about me is that I play soccer and my team name is the blue rebels. My favorite card games are Ono and speed.

Believe in myself and never forget it. Never forget what you are or who your are. Give more than 100% everyday. Be yourself and always. Don’t let you and your friends down. Never say I can’t. Always stay positive . No matter how hard it gets never give up. Think it or dream it. Be a positive role model. Set good examples. Live your life and be happy.

The manifesto I wrote will help you with your goals in your life or for the future. So another day you should look at this again and think about it. Also you should live your life and love who you are. So read my manifesto and see who you are in your own way. I hope the article that I wrote will help you believe the person that you are, or get you on the right track to being a better person. The person you are today won't be the same person you see in your mirror after you read my article. It will make you believe more in yourself.
